Note:

Booking will be confirmed only on receipt of full prior payment. In case of bookings made well ahead, 50% advance payment may be made at the time of booking, and the balance 50% should be paid one month prior to the date of arrival.

PACKAGE EXCLUDES: PAYMENT DIRECT:

• Boat rides  (subject to weather conditions) to view neighboring islands, dolphins, otters, flying fish etc (45-60 minutes)

• Ayurvedic Massage – By qualified Doctors of Naturopathy for ladies and gents (45 mins. approx.)

• Water Sports – Bannana boat rides,  Para sailing, Water scooter, Kayaking, Coracle rides, Rubber Dingy ride, Wind  surfing, Water surfing. (Subject to minimum number of persons and suitable weather conditions)

• Additional food items (Lobsters / King prawns etc.) not included in the buffet / set menu are available to guests on request at an extra charge.  Please note, adequate notice must be given to the restaurant staff.

• Gokarna- (60 Kms) Coastal Town. Ancient temple with the Atmalinga, famous for Om Beach and Paradise Beach.

• Udupi– (200 Kms) Coastal town.  Famous Krishna Temple with golden Chariot.  The ever popular Masala Dosa  has its origin here.

N.B. 

·         As our guests arrive from various places, it might be necessary to co-ordinate boat trips between groups. We request you to kindly bear with any inconvenience /delays in boat trips to the island and back.

·         Guests are to reach the resort office at Karwar by 5:00 pm.  Last boat for the day leaves the mainland at 5:30 pm.

·         Car parking facility is available near the office.

·         Groups above 15 adults are entitled to a group discount of 10% on the above tariff. (Cannot be combined with any other offer)

·         Please carry light cotton clothing, swim wear, suitable walking shoes, torch, cap , sun screen lotion etc for outdoor  activities.
