On 26 11 1815 when Phoebe was 16, she married Thomas Holcroft, son of James Holcroft & Catherine, in Clent, Worcs. Born in 1795 in Brierley Hill, Staffs. Thomas died in 1865, he was 70.

They had the following children:

i. James. Born in 1816 in Brierley Hill, Staffs. James died in 1894, he was 78. Buried in Brierley Hill, Staffs.

ii. Edwin. Born in 1818 in Brierley Hill, Staffs. Edwin died in Brierley Hill, Staffs. in 1819, he was 1. Buried on 16 4 1819 in Brierley Hill, Staffs.

iii. Sarah. Born in 1820 in Brierley Hill, Staffs.

iv. Mary. Born in 1822 in Brierley Hill, Staffs. Mary died in 1907, she was 85. Buried in Brierley Hill, Staffs.

v. Thomas. Born in 1824 in Brierley Hill, Staffs.
