| My family has a long
history of serving in the United States Marine Corps. My
Grandfather, James Cox, enlisted in 1944 and served on Iwo Jima
during World War II. He served in Korea and in Vietnam.
My Father, Richard Cox, enlisted in 1967 and retired in 1990.
I enlisted in 1990 and am currently attending the Naval Post
Graduate School in Monterey, California.
