Final Thoughts	It may sound optimistic, but this sure sure is a step above the mindless reality dreck that Fox has been airing of late. the vibe says "Extreme Makeover Home Edition," and we all know how that went for ABC.... Still, this is a tough night for the network, and this show may not last in the long run.

Final Thoughts	Starting off so early, there's really nothing stopping "Fear Factor" from raking up huge gains, at least until the middle of September. Not hurting is the fact that its debuting the day after the closing ceremonies of the Athens Games, also airing on NBC, in case you haven't heard....
