Training is a great way for teams and newbies to power theirself up.When your training you can't buy or attack anyone but you can be attacked by anyone.
Time training(Must take place on plant namek)

This training take four days to complete and you can only do it twice a month.
Mind training

3,000 add to your powel level
Need a freind up to 2.
This training takes a whole week to complete,but you can do another training with it.
Medition

It takes 5 days to complete this training.
Once a month,you can aslo do another training with this one too.
Death traning

Once every month,you are allowed to this kind of training.
Speed time traning-1500 speed points-

You need a freind to do this form of training.
You this training takes two weeks and you can do it once a every three months.
Lock training you can,do this to upgrade your Pl you get it when turn super sayin.You need a Pl of 50 to do this training,Training time: 1 week.
Spirit and time training-Can only be done once a year and cost's $40,000,but you gain Pl 4,000 and 1200 speed points,20 points!
1:2 week or four weeks.
2:If you choose four weeks you get 3 times more speed points.
