9/21/01 - Now is a great time to check September's issue of TMBG Unlimited at Emusic.com. This month, TMBG is offering material from their latest project "The Battle of the Bands". This is where the Johns pretend to be a different imaginary group with every song. The various facades are: The Crummer Family with their song "Words Are Like", Color Wheel with their song "Chaos By Design", Bog Standard with their song "Save Your Life", Naykid Eyes with the song "Headless", and Too+3 with their song "Too+3 R One". There are many more imaginary groups with real songs coming soon. Perhaps, in the next issue off TMBG Unlimited.
7/19/01 - There is a full length documentary being made right now about They Might Be Giants. The producer of this documentary is none other than AJ Schnack who directed videos for 311, Papa Roach, and Blink 182. It is unknown when it will be released, but stay tuned for more information. This is a fact.
6/12/01 - Alas! The next TMBG Album, which is named "Mink Car" is coming out September 11th on Restless Records. |
