Stefan was standing, looking out the window, thinking about Laura
while he waited for Helena and Fasion to show up. The more he thought about
it, the more he wanted to make Laura pay.
Helena walks in. "What is so important that you demand to see me right away?"
Stefan turns from the window as he hears his mother's voice. "Mother, it is time that Laura learns what the consequences are for betraying a Cassadine."
Helena bursts out laughing. "Oh my poor pathetic son, what has Laura done now?"
Stefan looks at her with pure ice in his eyes. "She has decided that Luke Spencer is the man she wants. She must pay for that. Lucky must be killed. For real."
What Helena and Stefan don't know is that Nickolas had come in and heard everything. He slipped out before they saw him. He knew where he had to go.
Lucky is sitting on the bed watching the tape of his funeral again. How could his parents believe such a lame story as the one they were given. They had taught him everything. How could they think that he would go to sleep with the candles burning? He starts crying again as he watches his father give his eulogy.
Laura had just put Lu-Lu to bed and Luke had said that he needed to see her in the bedroom when she was done. She walks in and sees a blanket hanging across the bed. She starts to laugh as she remembers back to Beechers Corners. Luke comes out from behind the other side and smiles. "Hello Mrs. Spencer or should I call you Miss Webber. Welcome to your past." Laura bursts out laughing. Luke continues. "I have some questions for you and if you can answer them correctly then you get a prize. First question, Why was there a blanket hung across the bed and where was this?"
Laura: "The blanket was hung across the room so that one Lucas Lorenzo Spencer would stay on his side of the room and not come on to me. This was in Beechers Corners."
Luke: "Very well. Next question. Where did...."
Laura cuts him off. "Hold it Mr. Spencer, you said that I would get a prize."
Luke laughs. "Oh yeah." He walks over to her and kisses her passionately. When he pulls away Laura says, "That's my prize? I hope they are better then this." Luke looks heartbroken. Laura laughs and kisses him. Luke smiles and continues. "Question number two, Where did you and your husband get married?"
Laura: "On the grounds at the mayor's mansion."
Luke: "Correct Madam." He pulls out a cigar band and slides it on her finger. Laura gets teary and kisses him as he gives her the next question. "This is for the big prize. Here it goes, Where did you and your husband spend your honeymoon?"
Laura: "In Beechers Corners."
Luke smiles, kisses her, pulls out a box, and get down on one knee. "Laura, will you marry me again?"
Laura starts to cry and squeaks out, "Yes!" Luke gets up,opens the ring box and inside it is her wedding band. "Leslie told me where you had put it. Laura, will you say the words?"
Laura starts laughing, as she remembers the little wedding ceremony
they had with the cigar band, she smiles. "I, Laura Webber Baldwin
Spencer, take thee, Lucas Lorenzo Spencer, as my lawfully wedded husband.
To have and to hold, in sickness and health, and in crazy times and
bad ones, through all the adventures, through all the fights, no matter
where we are, my heart will always belong to you for the rest of my life.
There to, I pledge thee my troth." Luke has taken his ring off and handed
it to her during this and she slides it back on his finger.
Luke: "I, Lucas Lorenzo Spencer, take thee, Laura Webber Baldwin Spencer, to be my lawfully wedded wife. To have and to hold, in sickness and in health, through all the good times and the bad times, through all the unknown children, through all the Cassadines, through all the secrets, my heart will be one with yours till death do me part." He slips the wedding ring on her finger. They kiss, as it becomes more passionate they head towards the bed.
Nikolas is crossing the street when a car comes speeding around the corner and runs right into him. It speeds off and leaves Nikolas unconscious on the ground.
