Sailor Taikai: Dancer of The Ocean Breeze 1.Ningyo Ningyo sat up, and felt the salt-water air sting her cut on her lip. She had been in a fight the day before. A new kid, his name was Yuta. She got up. She was nude; she put on a robe as she looked out to the beautiful Tokyo Bay. She could hear sea gulls in the distance. The wind blew her short hair a little. She had just dyed it yesterday. Her dog Shiro came in the room. She stroked its coarse fur. “Shiro,” she said briefly. Shiro only replied with a bark. “Hehe, shall we go downstairs? I can’t wait to eat, I’m starved. She went downstairs to find breakfast waiting for her. “Who’s here?” She questioned as she looked out the window to see if anyone had fled. No, even if there was, they couldn’t have left so fast. Could they? “Happy Birthday!” Came a voice from behind. It was her fiancé’ Ecchi! “You scared the hell outta me!” she said, not really scared. “Happy birthday Panda (his nickname he gave her)!” He exclaimed looking in her eyes. “I love you honey!” She yelled running to hug him... But, before she could bullets shot through the window hitting Ecchi knocking him to the ground and killing him. “ECCHI!” She screamed in horror! Suddenly the door burst open to reveal 2 thugs holding guns and telling her to get up slowly with her hands where they could see them. “Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!” “Why did you kill him?” She asked, truly not knowing the answer. “We can’t have him find out about you.” They smirked. “I wasn’t gonna tell him, I PROMISE!” She pleaded. “Suuuuuuure,” they said in disbelief. “Well, then, if you don’t believe me then you will have to face me,” she also smirked. “What, NO you wouldn’t,” they said worriedly. “Humph, WATCH ME! TAIKAI..OCEAN...KAZE Make-UP! Ningyo was stripped of her clothes as she transformed into... SAILOR TAIKAI! “I am Sailor Taikai, dancer of the ocean breeze, and I have become quite upset with you. Prepare to be eliminated!” They began to run out the door when suddenly she raised her Kaze wand... “I Taikai call upon the senshi of earth, bring forth your powers to make me... ANGEL TAIKAI! Ningyo was once again stripped of her clothes to sprout wings and re-grow her fuku to become Angel Taikai! She raised her Kaze staff and said the words, “Beautiful, Ocean, WAVE! To relieve the thugs of their duties and banish them forever. She walked over to Ecchi, felt his chest. He was not breathing. She began to sob. The tears rolled down her cheeks and onto Ecchi’s face. He had been killed because of her. It was all HER fault. If she hadn’t been born with those stupid marks on her arm she just could have... NO! It was not her fault. Those bastards killed her fiance’. And she had killed them. She stood up and said, “Taikai, Transformation, REVERSE!” She was again returned to her original human state. She walked up to her bedroom, and realized, he was gone, and he was really gone. 2. The Maiden With the light of Love Ningyo had gone back to school a week after the death. She was in her fourth year about to come out of college. There was a new girl. They say she was “popular” already. So, Ningyo went to find out. “Hi, I’m Ningyo what’s your name?” She asked patiently waiting for an answer. “Um, I’m Honey, pleased to meet you,” she replied as if she wasn’t listening. “Excuse me, but could you at least face me when you speak to me?” Ningyo asked quite politely. “NO!” She raised her voice a little “I’m popular and you’re not, so you’re just going to have to adapt OK?” She seemed quite annoyed. “Fine,” Ningyo replied in a kind voice. BOOM! Everyone looked. There was trouble in the hall. What happened? Were they back? Ningyo and Honey ran out to see what happened. And there he was. The ugliest man with a machine gun replacing his arm! He immediately punched Honey to the ground. Attempting to hit Taikai she ducked and shouted her transformation phrase. “Dancer of the Ocean Breeze, Sailor Taikai!” “Well, if everyone’s gonna show of their transformation, then why don’t I?” Honey said seeming rather comfortable. “HONEY FLASH!” “THE MAIDEN WITH THE LIGHT OF LOVE... CUTEY HONEY!” Cutey Honey! Who is she Ningyo thought. Well, in any case, lets get it. “Yo, Cutey Honey, evade it!” She yelled. Cutey Honey only replied with a nod. They ran around the bulging man and hit him from behind. And suddenly Cutey Honey------- “HONEY LIGHTNING FLARE!” Light burst out of her sword and hit the man killing him never to return again. “Honey, I never thought...” “Neither did I,” she replied. “Well, I guess, we can team up. I can tell you more. Call me. OK?” “Yea, I’ll call you.” They smiled and went on their merry ways.
