Welcome To Destination TV Destination Soaps is a site that I, Alyson, founded in June of 2000. The Site consists of One Tree Hill, Gilmore Girls, Smallville, and Grey's Anatomy. For the past six years I have been running the site by myself with help from two others on the Message Board. The traffic for the sites comes and goes, but the Message Board has always been a place for the visitors to go. I’m enlisting your help so that Destination Soaps will become a great site and hopefully one day a .com. My goal is to find a few people that offer a wide range of opinions and are dedicated to the site. This is a non-profit site; donations are only taken for the message board or to help the site expand. One of the crucial parts of the site is the Message Board. Communication is key and there must be a venue where the visitors can mingle and express themselves. Joining the site does not necessarily make you a moderator on the message board. If your work is quality and you show that you work well with others I will extend an invitation to become a moderator. I would really appreciate it if you would visit the Message Boards on a regular basis and talk one on one with some of our visitors. I have recently comprised a manual, if you will, to help you better work with the site. I hope it doesn’t seem overwhelming, but the following are just Frequently Asked Questions. I have previously asked you to only volunteer for at the most two sections of the each individual site. (Example: Rumors and News for The Young and The Restless) This will hopeful help the range of people and opinions associated with the site diverse. If at any time you need me e-mail me at DestinationSoaps@aol.com . I looking for help with the site, but I would still like to play an active role in the sites as well. I may from time to time chime in on your section, with an extra tidbit of information or with some of my commentary. Though, for the most part, unless you are working with a partner, you will be the only one working with your section. So, read the following, have fun and e-mail me saying you’ll help or you think this isn’t right for you.
