Courteney Cox Arquette's 38th birthday was music to her ears – she was serenaded by a group of street performers who surprised her at a party thrown by hubby David Arquette! The Scream star, 30, had heard the five singers – who make up the group Jondo – perform on Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade that morning and liked them so much, he paid them $1,500 to sing to his honey at the nearby hip Melisse restaurant June 15. Courteney was delighted when Jondo showed up at her small celebration in a private room at the French eatery. As guests dined on steak, seafood and salad, and the drinks flowed, Courteney and her family and friends joined in the fun by belting out several rock classics, like Stand By Me, with the group.
