| Today, Willow and Xander are still friends, and still battling the forces of darkness together. Unfortunately, they are not nearly as close. Willow has recently announced that she is a lesbian, and Xander is now engaged. It is obvious, however, the each still cares about the other. Willow is very jealous of Xander's just-turned fiancee, and, as seen in The Replacement, Xander still goes to Willow first whenever he's in trouble. Moreover, when it comes to Willow's life, Xander will stand up to gigantic trolls until he can't fight no more. And Willow still wonders why Xander couldn't have realized that smart girls are hot way back in the tenth grade. In the end, we know that Willow and Xander are meant to be. And what is meant to be will always find a way. |
