THE STORY

A crew of six astronauts and scientists are aboard Odyssey, orbiting Earth. An apparently routine mission except without warning, Earth explodes in front of their eyes. One of the crew is killed during the shockwave that follows, and another, Angela, is badly wounded. As the oxygen in the space craft slowly depletes the crew start to die - but just as time has apparently run out, an alien ship brings the Odyssey aboard. 

There, four of the crew awaken (Angela still being unconscious from her injury) and exit their shuttle into the alien ship. An old man walks down from the ceiling and introduces himself as the Seeker. He explains that is indeed an alien being, whose world was also destroyed by none other than the same folks who destroyed Earth. 

The Seeker has been following radio signals and looking for other worlds to help from this threat. He came across Earth a little too late - but he can still help. The Seeker explains that he has the ability to send each crew-member's consciousness back five years, into their old bodies.

The crew have little time to ponder on the idea, because Angela begins to die. In a snap decision Chuck Taggart, the Odyssey's mission commander tells the Seeker to send them back then at least Angela will have a chance to live. The Seeker does so, but not before telling the crew to 'look among their own' for the enemy.

The Seeker's plan is successful and the five are sent back five years. They must take it upon themselves to find out exactly what happened (Or is going to happen) and try and prevent the destruction of Earth.
