The cafeteria is open 24/7, but many will be there at the above times.
Registration is not required,
but you may still register if you want to secure a screen name.

You may also gain access to the chat server by means of an IRC client such as
mIRC or Pirch.
IRC access does not however support some of the additional features of the
classic logins.
