I bought Hannah about 2 months after I bought Hammy. I bought her to be Hammy's girl friend. When we went to the store to get her we looked in the cage, and there was this little white hamster running around trying to show off. We picked up another hamster to look at and were almost about to buy when I noticed that it had something wrong with it's eye. So we ended up taking home the little white show off hamster :)

Hannah lived with Hammy for about 8 months(no babies produced), until one day she turned on Hammy, and beat him up. That got her living in a plastic tub for about a week, until I could get a tank for her. Ever since she beat up on Hammy nobody in my family has liked her and I feel sorry for because Hammy gets all the attention. Hannah is actually a very sweet little hamster, as long as you don't mess with her while she's sleeping. If you wake her up or try to pick her up with out making sure she is fully awake, you are bound to be bitten. If she is already awake, and you take her out to play, then she is the absolute most darling thing.

She's shaped sorta like the top of a mushroom so it's really cute to see her running. And my, can she run! She's never content just to run on my bed, so I let her run on the floor of my room. It's hard to keep track of where she is, she's so fast! Hannah is also a professinal escape artist. She has escaped once for about two hours(hey that's a long time to me!), and another time for about 4 hours. I think she never escapes for longer periods of time, because whenever she does escape I get my whole entire family to help look for since I have a cat too, and the faster she's back the safer she'll be.. One time I was searching franticlly for her in my room, and I hear my dad call "Hey Isis, your little animal is running around in the hall!" Boy was I relived to find her. The other time she escaped, we set out traps of sunflowers seeds, Cheerios, and popcorn. They didn't help. We found her as she dashed across my room ;)

Two months after Hammy's death, I found Hannah dead in her cage too. About two weeks before I found a lump on her back leg. The cancer spread through out her body causing her death. My poor baby girl :( She's buried next to Hammy.
