Size: 8 to 15 inches long with a tail 3 to 6 inches long. Weighs 15 to 20 ounces.
Housing: All metal wire mesh cage, at least 3 feet tall by 3 feet wide by 2 feet deep.
Food: Vegetarian - grasses, seeds, alfalfa, hay, fruits, vegetables
Lifespan: 15 to 25 years
Special Needs/Habits: Nocturnal. Dust bath 2 to 3 times a week. Exercise wheel of at least 15 inch diameter.
