RUTH ANNIE SHIRLEY LINDSEY, 97, died July of
2006, in Omaha, NE. She was born on July 20, 1909 in
Ranger, TX to John & Minnie Pearl Shirley. Her siblings
were Elizabeth Shirley Moore (RHS-1929), Myra Shirley,
Ealba Shirley, Minnie Shirley Evans (RHS-1939), and
Elbert Shirley (RHS-1929). She attended Ranger High
School in the Class of 1926 and Ranger Jr. College.
She married Douglas H. Lindsey who died in 1994. They
had a son & daughter.
