BUFORD GAIL ERVIN, 72, was born on Aug. 8, 1925,
the son of Mr. & Mrs. R.O. Ervin of Ranger. He died
on March 18, 1998. He was in the Ranger High School
Class of 1942 at Ranger, TX and his brothers, James
L. Ervin (RHS-1939), Donald M. Ervin (RHS-1939),
Wilbur Dean Ervin (RHS-1941) and Max Allen Ervin
(RHS-1944), also graduated from RHS. He was married
to Joan Davis Ervin who died in 2003. They both died
in Holton, KS, where they had lived. Buford & Joan
had a daughter, Gail T. Ervin Brown.
