ACKER O. EVERETT, 76, of Lakewood, CO, died on
Nov. 15, 2011. He was born on Jan. 20, 1935 and
moved to Ranger, TX in the early 40s. He attended
Ranger High School in the Class of 1953 & worked
for Duke & Ayers for a number of years. Acker
served in the U.S. Navy and later married Madelyn
Bond (RHS-1953). They were living in Dewey, AZ,
at the time of her death in 2007. He later moved to
Lakewood, CO. His brother was E.W. Everett (RHS-
1948) and a sister Vera McKee.
