Zartan was cool at first. He turned green in sunlight. It was neat. After his first incarnation, he kinda sucked. His third one was ok, but it was just an attempt to recreate the first, I think, but without the color change aspect. At any rate, this Zartan came with Agent Scarlett, and he had so many problems. First, Zartan is not buff. He's small and skinny so he can disguise himself better, and he's also very limber. So, I shaved down his chest considerably, and I got rid of the funy green crap on his arms. I painted his hood and pants maroon, and I took some liberties with his torso by giving him a bluish shirt under an open black jacket. His gun is actually a Princess Leia blaster with the barrel cut off and glued on as a scope. I'm pleased.
