Thrasher

. . . Hey . . .

They call me thrasher
No, not my parents, real people call me that.
My parents call me squatting dog. Don't ask.

I came into this world in 1984 weighing 9lbs.11oz.
OUCH!
Sorry Mom, but hey, look how cute I was

Mom's Bragging Again

Luckily he only kept me in labor for 55 minutes, but he still has a tendency towards impatience.

He's in his first year of college at T.S.T.C.-Waco where he's studying Digital Media Design.

Also, as you can see by the picture at the top of the page, this one plays guitar.

And he plays it well.

He's self-taught, and writes a lot of his own music. Him and his guitar weren't strangers around the high school during his senior year. He played a Jimi Hendrix version of "The Star Spangled Banner" for the Homecoming pep-rally and he performed in the school's annual talent show three times last year. The first performance was with a couple of friends doing a song by the band Silverchair. The second performance was an acoustic set with his band **Next In Line doing an original song called "Simply Beautiful". They won for best band in the talent show, by the way :-) Scott's final performance was just him and his acoustic doing Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here".

**(Next In Line, which consists of Scott Williams on guitar, Matt Gillespie on vocals and JJ Collander on guitar, has also performed at Baylor University, filling in at the last minute for Elephants Gerald, a popular local jazz band.) Unfortunately they have split up since JJ moved to another part of TX for college and Matt moved to N.Y. to attend the School of Arts & Television.
