Getting to know Star
Some about Star:
I was born and raised mostly in Texas, but did live in Colorado for years as a child.
I was raised in a very small town most of the time, but got a tasted of the big city life, in place like Denver, Co, Ft. Worth and Dallas TX. Even off and on in Houston, TX for 5 years.
I have two brothers both live in Texas too. I am the young's of the three of us. My father died in 1986. My mother is a live in her 80's now. I come from American Indian Cherokee , English, Spanish, and French ancestors. So I think it is right to say the USA is a melting pot.
My God,family, children, friends, and pets are things that are close to my heart.
I was married for 32 years but lost my husband to cancer January of 2005 and have two kids of my own and a stepson I love like my on.
Two of the kids are married. My son and daughter -in -law was the first to made me grandmother...Smile they have furnished girls. And my daughter and her husband have now furnish me with the boy.
I work at one time; I was an Insurance Agent,in Dallas / Ft. Worth, but have not work in many years out side the home. I'm thinking about what to do now I have lost Bill to cancer. May be it be to going back to work. Maybe take some computer class first. Or do more volunteer work.
One of the things I have always tried to live my life by is to treat people like you would like to be treated. To remember we all have feeling, we can't do any thing on how we look or where we come from, just try to improve them. It's not the outside of a person that counts or where they live or work. The inter person tell more about you than the color of your skin, or the things you wear, the car you drive, or house you live in.
Some of the things I like to do are:
I love the outdoors-long walks, travel, site see, I love history of all kinds, so I like museums and working in yard. is one of my loves I don't mine getting dirt on me. Smile. Some more are computer, sewing, music, from enjoy it at home to live entertainment and reading I like to do crafts of all kinds. To redo and fix up things from redoing furniture I fine in yard sale, flea markets , out of the way little shops, and remodeling or helping to on the house.
I like to gardening, can food in jars and the freezer. And to cook big meals, but the only time I get to is when I have the kids home or friends come over.
So much more I do like to do it is hard to cover it all.
I love to try new things, to see if I'll like them and can do, it is a changeling to me . I think it is how you grow.

She knows that with God the world is her playground, but without God
she will just be played with..
A good woman does not live in fear of the future because of her past..
Instead, she understands that her life experiences are merely lessons
meant to bring her closer to self-knowledge and unconditional
love - for others and herself..
