   Bulgaria's national football team has defeated Mexico in a World Cup second round match in east Rutherford,New Jersey.
   Bulgarian striker Hristo Stoichkov started the scoring early putting a shot past the outstretched arms of Mexican goalie Jorge Campus in the seventh minute. However the Mexicans tied the game 10minutes later, when Alberto Garcia Aspe scored on a penalty kick. The shot followed a foul by Bulgaria's Emil Kremenliev.
   The game was a rough one with both teams playing most of the second half,and the overtime period with ten men a side.
   The overtime period ended tied one-one and the game went to a penalty shoot-out.Mexico won the toss,but Alberto Garcia Aspe missed the first shot.Krasimir Balakov also missed for Bulgaria.Marcelino Bernal missed the second shor for Mexico,but Boncho Genchev scored for Bulgaria.After that Mexican Jorge Rodriguez's kick was saved,but his team-mate,Claudio Suarez scored for Mexico.Yordan Letchkov then scored on the fourth kick giving Bulgaria an unbeatable three-onelead in the Kickoff.
   Bulgaria willplay World Cup Champions Germany July the 10th here at Giant Stadium.
