"Courage"

Restless fear grips my soul,
Hours pass,
Endless, agonizing,
Hours pass...
My heart is as black as coal.
Separation has taken its toll.
What will they think of me, the crusader gone bad?
Will they think I've gone mad?
How will they greet me; what will I say?
Will they all look at me when I pray?
It is time to feel His tender touch,
To let Him guide my days.
I've grown weary and bitter of the path I now follow,
Hungry, thirsty, and hollow.
Change is due, and change will be made.
There is no reason to be afraid.

Please sign my guestbook below,
It means more to me than you know.
'Cause everyday when I come here to post,
It's your words that inspire me the most.
