Not really a planet, Risengar was one of the elves' bio-organic space stations, a research facility for the druid-scientist group Elven Balance Syndicate. It was at Risengar that EBS was developing their new top-secret, experimental Chrysalis Project, which had been taken over by the drow. Risengar was destroyed by a druidic extremist group called Movement for a Natural Universe, shortly after the Chrysalis Project was stolen.
