Band. Are normally self sufficient in set and pack up, but extra help is always appreciated with heavy gear.
Band road crew. Normally set up all sound gear including portable speaker and lapel microphone.
Cleaning. The cleaners normally clean on Sunday afternoon, so you may meet them if you have afternoon activities. There is dustpan and brush and sometimes a broom in the kitchen, beside the bin. A large rubbish hopper is located off the car park on the shop side of the hall. Large rubbish bags are in the kitchen cupboard near the microwave. Always Wipe down bench tops, pick up rubbish, remove chairs from kitchen
Collection. Members of the family, who collect the collection, need to help to count the collection after the service and sign off (by two people) in the book.
.Equipment. Church owns two large speakers, a fold back speaker, a mixing deck, electrical cords, microphones x 4, electric urn, steel lectern and an overhead projector. All are stored off site, except urn.
Hall Heater. Works on a timer (on wall beside cupboard at left of stage). Set for 15-20 minutes as heater only heats, no thermostat.
