Note: 1834 Pakruojis (Pakroy) Revision List has an Abram Balshar (son of Rafal BALSHAR) and a Rafal Balsher (son of Itzek BALSHER). The two "Rafal" may be the same person, perhaps Rafal (son of Itzek) born around 1800, having a son, Abram, who presumably was old enough to be listed separately, perhaps born around 1820. In any case, the *Rafal, son of Morris Isaac BALSER, was presumably not even born by 1834. Only if he was born much earlier would he match the Rafal, son of Itzek.
