Im sorry this has taken me so long to write. I have had the flu, and it knocked me down hard! I don't ever remember being this sick before.
My grandfather got the cane and loves it! He commeted on the character of
it, with the coin inlay and the dogwood, he knew right away it was dogwood! That has suprised me. He promised not to loose this one! My
grandmother also got on the phone and told me all about it. She is just as excited as he is. I won't see it until Easter, that is my next planned trip home. Take Care Tony!
Thankyou!!!
Christine :)

Tony----What a wonderful and delightful surprise for me as I unwrapped the cane. A great man is known for his integrity. A fine craftsman for his
pride in elegant workmanship. I already knew from meeting you that you were both. And your creative solution to the initials problem warrants my respect
for your innovativeness and ethics. Thank you so much. I will enjoy this cane even more, what with such a fine story to tell about buying it. I look
forward to meeting you again. Ed Furash

Good morning Tony!
Last night was a real treat. We saved my grandfather's present for the very
end. Let me paint a quick little picture of this man. My "PawPaw" is a
hard man who has been through a lot in his life. After being raised in
foster homes, he was a military man for most of his life and was in World
War II and the Korean War, so he's endured more than any human being should.
His hobby for many, many years was cock fighting, until he just couldn't
handle raising his prize roosters anymore. Now finally, he has settled on
the more relaxing pastime of playing pool. Needless to say, he doesn't get
sentimental very often. But, as he unwrapped and carefully studied every
detail of his new walking stick, I swear I saw a tear in his eye. It
obviously meant so much to him that I had found a gift that was so personal,
interesting, and meaningful to him. He loves it. He let everyone pass it
around, and he pointed out all the special qualities about it. Honestly, it
made my whole Christmas! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Happy holidays and God bless,
Mariah
