This movie begins with Minoshia fighting the lower half of Hildegarn. This fight scene is cut short when, the legs of this monster step on, and kill Minoshia.
In the next scene, after the short prologue scene, a car is driving recklessly through the town, Gohan, dressed as the Great Saiyaman, stops the car by putting one foot on the front of it. The car stops, the men shoot at Gohan with machine guns. Gohan catches the bullets and then stomps on the hood of the car, throwing the men behind him. When they land, Videl, Saiyman two, shows face; a fight ensues. one of the reckless men take out a knife and charge Videl, he is defeated with ease, another takes out a handgun and shots two or three shots at Videl. Videl dodges them and defeats him with ease. The third and final man, whom is very large, takes out a massive gun, and takes aim at Videl, Gohan steps in and grabs the gun, curling the barrel back toward the man. Gohan then shoves the man back, he surrenders, and the two Sayiamen go into their little dance routine.
A mysterios man appears in town that claims he will commit suicide by jumping off a tower. Both Saiymen rush to the scene, the man refuses to listen to any sooth talkers, Videl wants him to shut up, and jump, so he jumps and Gohan rescues the man in midair. Once on the ground, the man starts talking about a legendary warrior named Tapion. The old man then starts saying all of these great things about this warrior, Gohan feels compelled to meet him. The old man then takes out a mysterious oracle saying that the legendary warrior is trapped inside. He continues saying that to release him, so the approaching evil can be defeated, the music box must be cranked. the Old man then gives the oracle to Gohan. Gohan tries with all his might to crank the music box, but he cannot, it appears to be stuck. While this continues Videl is angry and is complaining bitterly in the background. After gohan has had enough, Videl says she wants to try, she examines the box but just tosses it to the side, the old man has to dive to the ground to catch it. The two Sayiamen head back to school.
