******Deposits Required On All Work******

The actual cost of materials to mount a specimen is relatively small. It is the time, the hours of skinning, building, preserving and sculpting a fine specimen that reflects this charge. There is no substitute for high quality and craftsmanship in taxidermy. I stand behind my work to provide the sportsman with quality taxidermy, fast service and customer satisfaction.

We use only the finest, best quality materials to insure a more real-to-life appearance and a trophy mount that will last for years. I put a little more time, expense and effort into my pieces of art to give you the best. Most trophies only come around once in a lifetime. Taxidermy is one of the oldest forms of true conservation. A taxidermist is an artist and a conservationist, but not a miracle worker.

Keep all trophies as clean of blood, dirt and grease as possible. Handle birds gently to prevent feather loss. Wrap your trophy in plastic or paper and freeze as soon as possible. The better condition your trophy is when you bring it in, the better piece of art I can reproduce. Since we are unable to monitor the care of any hides prior to tanning from start to finish, tanning will be done at the owner's risk ONLY.

Helpful Hints To Insure A Quality Mount

Take care of your deer's hide from the moment the deer is shot!

1. Cut the cape plenty long. Use the diagram below as a guide, or call for other instructions.

2. Get it to your taxidermist as soon as possible. If you cannot, then freeze it. One warm day can ruin the hide!

Thank You!
