Texas
has 191,000 miles of streams and rivers (3,700 named streams and
15 major rivers) that are the key element in maintaining much of
our state's natural heritage. Those ecosystems provide the water
that flows into 212 major reservoirs and eventually into seven major
estuaries along the Texas coast, supporting the best inland and
coastal fisheries in the United States. Texas Campsites would like
