Here is the basis of the contest; we want to see Hot Carl all over the world! We don't want you to put him illegally anywhere, or where prohibited by law. But you certainly can hold him against it (lol) and take the picture of you and Hot Carl.
There will be a link on this page where you can email the picture and explain where you are etc... We want DETAILS! Stories behind it and everything. OK?
Now, every two weeks we will pick the bi-monthly winner, and post the pic on the website...(if its decent enough anyway). And then when the contest ends October 31st, 2005, the grand prize winner will be announced! And someone will be at LEAST $100.00 richer.
