REGISTRATION FOR THE PENGUIN WINTER CARNIVAL IS NOW CLOSED.

To register for the Penguin Winter Carnival: Print this page, fill it out, and enclose in an envelope with your personal check payable to BETH TERRY or money order for the total amount in $US. Mail via OVERNIGHT EXPRESS ONLY absolutely no later than Jan. 26th (or Nov. 26, 2004 to be eligible for keepsake items). We cannot accept registrations on site.  IMPORTANT: Please note you must register separately for any races at www.tampabayrun.com.  Please be certain to review the cancellation policy before registering.

Brief Description: Penguin Winter Carnival is a fun social meeting of runners, walkers, friends, and family attending the Run Tampa 2005 events, February 4-6, 2005. Activities will include informative workshops for runners/walkers, group outings, get-togethers throughout the weekend, and a concluding (optional) gala banquet.
Prices: Meeting Registration: $35.00 per person
Details: Workshops and social events on Friday and gatherings all weekend long, including an (optional) gala banquet on Sunday. Option to participate in 5K and 15K races on Saturday; and/or marathon and half marathon races on Sunday.
Family discounts: 2 family members registering together - $60 ($10 discount). 3 family members registering together - $80 ($25 discount). 4 family members registering together - $95 ($45 discount). Please write the names of additional family members on the reverse of this registration form before mailing.
