Gadmon said that this fast car got stuck above the water in the ramp time. He went out of the car and stood on it...

The sender called this bug: "Dead men in the air". In this bug we can see a dead man in the air, maybe because the engine of the game didn't calculate the height of the man after he died, only the place. If you remember-this also happend to me with the first bug I have found in GTA Vice City-the famous traffic light bug (See it in the archive).
