everyone to the meeting/group and then we go around and introduce ourselves

For Future Projects |
After introductions, everyone checks in and tells a
little bit about themselves, what they are currently working on, and how
things are going with them and their writing. |

Recap of Last Month’s Meeting/New In PWU |
Our facilitator, goes over any pertinent bits of information
from the last meeting. |
2 1/2 - 5 minutes |
The Three Stage Method (Open Mic) |
This is where members and visitors can read whatever
work they have brought to share with the group and get some gret positive
feedback. |
60 minutes |
Break |
Time to stretch legs, grab a snack, and go potty. |
10 minutes |
Writing Exercise |
Our facilitator leads the group in one or more writing
exercise to help stimulate the mind. This time can also be used for sharing
tips on how to better your writing. |
15 - 25 minutes |
Share Writings |
After our exercises, we go around and read what we have
wrote. |

Help Beyond The Meeting |
Our facilitator will give the group a name of a resource
that might be of some help to one of our writers. This can be a book,
event, article, game, etc... |

Announcements/Schedule Next Meeting/Questions |
Our facilitator gives the group any last minute announcements,
shedules our next meeting, and takes any final questions that the group
might have. |

Adjourn |
Our facilitator closes the meeting, cleans up the space,
goes home. |
