Cut out area around the split, not as bad as it looks, the floor was wet due to it SNOWING as soon as i got the extension/grinder/welder/compressor out and plugged in :-/
Grinded and wire brushed passenger side floor of cab to check for soundness, everywhere else ok, so plated then seam sealed where the split was.
