My Transformation

Here are some "before" and "after" photos of my transformation. This is still under construction. More photos to be added.

Before I Lost 42 Pounds.

This is the heaviest I had been in years. I really didn't want to have photos taken of me. I happened to find these. They were taken last Thanksgiving, November 2000. You can clearly see from the photo on the right just how unhappy I am. Black sweats were my uniform!

The "New Me." Forty two pounds lighter!

Photo on the right was taken at Deer Creek Resevoir, Utah on 6/23/01. Weight = 117 lbs.

Exercise is Important

I love to dance on our church dance team. Dancing is great exercise and is good for toning those abs. I also run on a treadmill 3 - 4x a week and do strength training with free weights and on my Sensible Gym. Some seasonal activities include, mt. biking, wake boarding, snowshoe, skiing.

I love mountain biking. Here are some photos taken in Moab, Utah, 5/11/01. Weight = 127 lbs.
