"My art is usually a composition of people from different walks of life depicting their everyday struggle for existence. It is evident in the numerous street children depicted on my artworks. I also depict the struggle for the recognition of their identity of some of our Filipino brothers and sisters (e.g. the Maranaos in Lanao del Norte and Sur). I also portray the continuing struggle of Filipina as seen in some of my works."
