Series 400 "Finest" and Double Wide

This carder has Extra Fine (05) card cloth on the large drum and the "Slicker Licker" on the intake (small) drum. It includes the Brush Attacment and "Fiber Teasing Tool", warm oak finish, clamps and now has convenient built-in frame hand cutouts for transporting. All this in addition to the regular Strauch drum carder accessories. The significant difference from other Strauch carders is that the sprocket ratio between the drums is 5:1 on the Finest, the other Strauch carders are 4:1 . This means you have more carding action with every turn of the handle!
