 SEPTEMBER 23, 2001
 -Installed Teraflex Revolving Shackles purchased from AC.  Info to come.
-35"x12.50" Goodyear MT/R tires kick ass!  Definitely worth it!  A
  true mud tire and runs as quiet as a all-terrain tire (no joke!). These
  run on the bead-locked wheels.  I switch to 33" tires/wheel combo for
  on the road.

With the limited aftermarket accessories for Nissan, we all need to share ideas and products with one another.  Hopefully this site will help other Nissan 4x4 owners build their trucks better and avoid some of the pitfalls I encountered!

 

In 1988, I started out with a stock Hardbody Standard E with a V-6 3.0i engine and 215 size tires on steel wheels.  Today a quick summary of major changes for me are:
  • Dana 44 with ARB
  • 5.143 R&P gears
  • Superlift Lift Kit (retired but good)
  • ARB Air Locker in rear
  • High performance cams
  • Bucket seats
  • ARB Bull Bar
  • Camper shell
  • Stereo, changer, speakers, amp
  • Coil-over 2-stage Sway-a-way shocks
  • 33x12.50 MICKEY THOMPSON BAJA RADIAL MTX
  • Tried Rancho Lift Kit(it simply sucks!)
  • Rebuilt Engine: bored out, ect.
  • Thorley headers
  • carpet (removed vinyl)
  • Warn 8000lb winch
  • GPS
  • Insulate doors with undercoating and Dynomat
