Future For Sale

     It's like a two for one sale,
     With a selection of random tragedies.
     I really have no choice
     But to suffer through it all.
     They say there's no escaping the past.
     But there's no escaping the future either.
     It will inevitablly come,
     And I won't be in yours.
     You won't be in mine either,
     But that's your choice,
     Not mine.
     If only a bright outlook was something I could buy.
     I think I could raise enough coin for the purchase.
     Of course I would read the label first
     Make sure I studied the fine print
     And most definately the directions.
     I'm sure a bright outlook would be quite pricey
     And I can't afford to blow this chance.
