Chapter 2: The Message
WAIT! Leo said WHO? BRING WHO TO YOU? Suddenly he was staring at the wall inside his bedroom in the sewer. He began to think of what this vision meant when all of the sudden Michelangelo burst into the room and said “Leo come on man we got to get stuff ready for the party” “Party?” Leo said. “Yeah dude you know the year anniversary when we met Oyuki and Ninjara?” Mike looked at Leo curiously “You all right dude? You’re sweating” Leo looked at himself, then up at Mikey and said “Yeah I’m fine. I’ll be there in a minute.” As Mike walked out the door Leo thought what the hell was that?
Leo walked out of the room and was greeted by the blaring sound of Metallica playing on the radio. “Ugh, how many times are you going to listen to that song in a row before you get burnt out on it?” Raphael turned around and glared at Leo. “Hey it’s a good song man. Admit it even you like Damage Inc. Hell I saw you nodding your head to it earlier” Leo shot his brother an innocent glance “Yeah but that was when I had only heard it twice in a row, not 715 times” Ninjara walked up behind Raphael and putting a hand on his shoulder said “Sorry babe but I agree with Leo, once is bad enough, let alone listening to it all day.” Raph rolled his eyes and went back to the task of getting things ready for the party. Leo looked around and saw Mike chatting with April and Oyuki about some new Star Wars movie he had just seen. Leo didn’t follow much, just something about clones and some kid named Anakin who seemed to have emotional problems. April and Oyuki, on the other hand seemed deeply interested in the conversation.
I wonder where Donatello went off to. Leo thought to himself. Probably tinkering with some damn computer knowing him. Oyuki got up and walked over to Leo and said “Hey are you allright? Mike said you were acting kinda weird” Leo looked at her and smiled innocently. “Me? Act weird? Naaaahhhh” Oyuki rolled her eyes and said “Well I need a cigarette so I’ll be right back.” As she started to walk off Leo said “Those things are gonna kill ya one day you know that?” “Yeah, yeah, don’t remind me” she said and walked outside. As Leo stood and watched her go the events of the vision still weighed heavily in his mind. Just then he felt the things presence speaking to him. Bring her to me it spoke and Leo finally realized, with horror, who it was he spoke of.
