Previous VA 600's: VA 600: Appeared in 1929. Ran from US 17 Gloucester to VA 38 (curr. VA 14-198 Jct) Mathews. This replaced original VA 291. In July 1933 this was renumbered as part of current VA 14.

Previous VA 602's: VA 602: Appeared in 1929 as a newly numbered route. Ran from US 17 (curr US 17-VA 14 split) Adner to US 17-VA 30 (curr US 17-VA 33-VA 198 jct) Glenns. This was renumbered as a straightened out US 17 in 1930-31.

Previous VA 604's: VA 604: Appeared in 1929. Ran from VA 13 (curr US 360) Millers Tavern east to just short of US 17 Center Cross. In 1930-31, VA 604 was extended east across US 17 to end at Bowler's Wharf. This was renumbered as VA 199 in July 1933. Today it is SR 684.

Previous VA 605's: VA 605: Appeared in 1929. Ran from VA 607 (curr US 360) Burgess to just short of VA 37 (curr VA 3-200 jct) Whitestone, with a break around the Lancaster-Nortumberland County Line. In 1930-31, VA 605 was made continuous, and was extended to Whitestone. VA 605 was renumbered as VA 200 in July 1933. Today everything above Kilmarnock is VA 200, but south to Whitestone is now VA 3.

VA 608 #2: Appeared in 1930-31 in 2 pieces: 1. VA 37 (curr VA 3-203 jct) east for 4 miles 2. VA 607 (curr VA 202) east to Kinsdale. Both pieces became part of current VA 203 in July 1933.

The section from Colonial Beach to Oak Grove had been original VA 377. VA 611 was made continuous in 1930-31. This was renumbered as current VA 205 in July 1933.

Previous VA 613's: VA 613: Appeared in 1929 as new routing. Ran from US 1 Carmel Church to the Mattaponi River. In 1930-31, VA 613 was extended east to VA 50 (curr US 301 BUS and VA 2) Bowling Green. This was renumbered as current VA 207 in July 1933. Part of it is today SR 722 in the Milford area.
