~*~ Missing You ~*~
Looking at his watch for the hundredth time, AJ began to get anxious. He wanted to get out of the studio in time to meet Andi when she got done with her day. He had seen Tabitha’s car, knew Andi’s schedule by heart, and called the campus to figure out where to find her that afternoon. At lunch, he’d gone to the strip mall near the studio to get several things for her and called to make reservations at a fancy restaurant for dinner. She’d been his only thought all day, distracting him from what he was suppose to be doing and making him mess up even the simplest of notes. All he wanted to do was get out of there.
Howie watched the younger man and smiled knowingly. Nudging him, he whispered, "Go on. I’ll cover for you."
"Are you sure? I mean, Kevin’s gonna be pissed when he realizes I’ve taken off."
"Don’t worry about him. I can handle it. Go on and give Andi a kiss for me."
AJ grinned, "No problem. Thanks, bro. I owe you one."
"Nah…you owe me two," smirked Howie giving him a wink.
With that, AJ slipped out of the sound booth. As he made his way out to the parking lot, his pace quickened. All he could think about was seeing Andi but he had one more thing to do before he could see her.
