Title - Visa Invitation Service
With this product we deal with the most difficult part of arranging your invitation documentation. You must use this and comply with all the procedures and regulations of your local consulate and pay them to process your application to obtain your visa. It is important that you select the right Visa for your needs and the invitation we will prepare will match the specifications you give. Once we have cleared your payment and have all your details we will start the processing. It is impossible to change your specification after that time. If we receive all we need before 09:30 local time then that day will count as a processing day.

Our charges include the cost of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other local expenses, but not the Consular processing fee. We leave the choice of how you get the invitation. Most consulates accept faxed copies and we provide these free of charge. However, it is possible to courier the Invitation or send it by registered post service. You can even pick it up yourself. Indeed, if you are in Russia and know you require a new Visa for you next visit then the whole process can be completed before you return home in a manner which will not affect your itinerary. Your invitation will be faxed to you free of charge. However, if you would prefer the actual invitation then an additional US$50 must be charged for the courier delivery.
In addition to the completed application form and specification we also require a copy of the details page of your passport. This can be e-mail in condensed jpeg format or you can fax it to us on .........
We cannot guarantee any application at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Russian Consulate. However, as yet we carry a 100% record of success.
