Resources For Parents

You are a parent of a sex offender. Perhaps you have just discovered this for the first time. Perhaps you have known for quite awhile, but, for whatever reasons, have not had the time, energy and/or resources, to adequately deal with it. Now, perhaps, you have to. Your child (no matter how old) has been arrested; the neighbors know, and, you, are your wits end, wanting to know what should I do? You need support for yourself, for your family, and for the offender.

There are a lot of issues here, that could be it's own website. We want to encourage you to reach out and talk with someone. It could even be us, or we would be glad to make a referral to someone in your community. We also have materials for parents of juvenile sex offenders, although, much of this material, is applicable to parents of offenders of any age.
