Kenneth Mundell has filmed a UFO. The image you see (above) has been taken from that film footage. Here is a message I received from Kenneth Mundel in March of 1999:
Hi there. I camcordered high quality vhs pal video footage of a triangula ufo over the UK (February 1999).

(It was) reported in local news, and internationally on the internet.
Download the preview footage and consider the far better vhs quality [pal
only at the minute] which is for sale from me at £20 UK and $40 America. The
full footage is top class [some call it best ever footage] 4 minutes long
and better quality than the Belgium sightings a few years ago! [to which
reportably is the same type of craft].
Response from the internet video is bringing in other eye witnesses which
claim to have spotted the same craft near military installations. These
people were afraid to come out with their stories until now [because now
there is video proof that triangular craft exist!]
