You Need Win Zip to Use this Product.
The Below information is provided by Pokémon Factory:
Currently, the font only works with Windows 95 and above. Instructions for installing are within. We provide some help on using it below and in the enclosed readme.txt file, but it is mostly self-explanatory. There is also a solution to the error some people get of it not turning up in their programs. We don't recommend that you attempt to make images if you aren't good at using the font, or at creating the images for that matter. There are several files within the .ZIP. They are :-
Pokemon.fon - the font itself
Readme.txt - how to install / guide to using special characters / copyright info
Factory.exe - a neat little advertisement for us (press ESC to end)
Bump.raw - goes with Factory.exe to make it work
font_V22.txt - notes from Aspenth and some cool stuff
You may distribute the font (eg. place it on a website), so long as you do not claim it for yourself, and it is kept inside its original .ZIP file. You may not distribute Pokemon.fon by itself.
When using the font, make sure you align everything exactly right. For example, you usually have to leave a blank line between lines of writing. Check on an original Pokédex picture. If you don't align everything, your pic will look shabby. Use the correct case and characters, to make it look authentic (eg. use POKéMON). Make sure you know which regular characters represent which ones in this font. The most important ones are listed in the enclosed readme.txt file. If you want to view all the special characters, look in the accessories part of your start menu for "character map". Run it and select "Pokémon" as the font to view, and it will have all the special characters and their codes.
