History of the Crass/Whitney Family





Willard born August 15, 1901

Emma born March 16, 1905



The marriage of Willard Crass and Emma Fry, on July 11,1922 began this family. Willard and Emma were married in Rocky Mountian House, Alberta, Canada. They returned to Montesano, Washington to start their life together. Their children:

When Emma and Willard's family was down to just Donna and Charlie at home. We moved into the home of Goldie Whitney and raised five of her six children. Goldie attended the same church that we did, the Montesano Church of God. Goldie passed on after suffering with Lupas for several years. She left six children. Robert lived with Grace and Guy Bilow and worked on their farm. Of course he did spend times with visiting home and kept close to his siblings. Goldies children are:

Our family has melded with the Whitney family and have had quite a life. There is always a lot of things "a going on" very interesting. A big family is GREAT!!!


Willard passed away April 23, 1963

Emma passed away Febrary 13, 1988
