A great find in our own back yard - Bellevue!  It used to be a typical mainland style teriyaki place, but new owners fixed that.  The new owners lived in Hawaii for a while and cook the teriyaki the way it should be!

They soak the ribeye before cooking and then give you extra dipping sauce.  The chicken katsu is a must try!  The teriyaki is like back home so we will be back there to try the other dishes.  Make sure you tell the owners you want mac salad.  I asked about it and he said he could make some, now we just need more people to ask for it so he will start offering it!
