Activities for Kids
Make Moon Cords. Use a
length of colored wool or yarn about 2 feet long. You can have up to
five different colors and make five cords. Then tie knots in the cord
nine times while focusing on something that you and your child wish to
bring into your lives. This can be difficult for younger children to
attempt, but it is still worth mentioning.
Read stories about the Moon. Especially mythology stories about
different Moon deities
Talk to your children about the phases of the moon, be sure to
answer any questions your child may have simply and honestly.
